Additional Details

Fourth edition of the first bibliography to appear in print and the first conceived as a practical reference work, recording over 6000 titles, originally published in 1494. Despite the title, its scope was not restricted to ecclesiastical authors, and this edition is enlarged with appendices extending the work into the 16th century. Adams T973 (this edition); Grolier/Breslauer & Folter 7 (1494 original edition).
