Identical to the Apollo 13 onboard chart that is multi-colored with full 360 degree longitudinal coverage and latitude coverage from 30 degrees north and south from the lunar equator. Plots the CSM ground tracks around the Moon and has the LM primary landing site marked by an ellipse. Details photographic target information for the crew with symbols indicating use for specific lens sizes. Approximately 14x58 inches with ID number SKB 32100082-326. June 1969
