Additional Details

Randolph followed the short-lived practice of signing some of the official printings of Congressional acts, which was discontinued after the Third Congress. Signed in type by Washington and Adams, as well as Frederick Muhlenberg as Speaker of the House. Two copies listed in ESTC; only one other known at auction (Swann, 7 April 1994, lot 32).
