This celebratory series featuring NYC landmarks, commissioned by the Container Corporation of America, was displayed on subway platforms and other public places throughout the city. This company manufactured cardboard boxes, but was known for their modernist art commissions that employed some of the most notable names in design, including László Moholy-Nagy, Herbert Bayer, A.M. Cassandre. This series includes designs by Tomoko Miho, Peter Teubner and Giulio Cittato. Images available upon request.
