Lavish album titled "Arizona and New Mexico, Volume II." With more than 165 platinum prints depicting the famous Snake Dance, dynamic portraits, Native American dwellings, landscapes, and Vroman's traveling party. Platinum prints, sizes approximately 6x8 (more than 90), 4 3/4x6 3/4 or 3 1/2x4 1/2 (both more than 30) inches (15.2x20.3, 12.1x17.1 or 8.9x11.4 cm.), and the reverse, many with Vroman's numeric notation in the negative and most with his calligraphic caption and number, in ink, in the margin; printed directly onto the album leaves. Oblong 4to, gilt-lettered 1/2 leather boards, slightly worn; with a Harper's Weekly article mounted to the preliminaries and another laid in. 1897
