Rocher de Cancale is a famous central Parisian restaurant which originally opened in 1804 and was a mainstay of Parisian haute cuisine in the mid 19th century. It closed in 1846, and reopened some years later at its current location, 59 rue Montorgueil. Bromberg 199.
