The Wandas sisters were actually a mother and daughter. Elizabeth Wandas (Elizabeth Steelandt Van Dyk 1875-1954) was married to Louis Wandas (Charles-Louis Van Dyk 1875-1912). Their daughter Suzy Wandas (Jeanne Van Dyk 1896-1986) began performing at an early age with her parents and as a single act in 1936.
