Booker T. Washington and his wife Maggie, on behalf of Tuskegee Institute, transfer several lots of land in Greenwood, Alabama to Dr. John A. Kenney. Two of the descriptions of these parcels of land (1908 and 1909) are typed; the deed for 1911 is written in what appears to be Booker T. Washington's hand.
