Additional Details

"I was never able to see a performance of 'The Skin of our Teeth.' I happened to be in England the eve of their trip to Africa and Australia and saw a sort of partially 'dress' rehearsal of the play before they embarked. (I am therefore one of the few in the 'western world' who have seen Laurence Olivier as Gax Antrobus and a good thing it was). Even in this rehearsal I could see how delightful Vivien was."
