Shimmering in icy elegance, a fur-clad young lady is walking her dogs in a winter wonder-land. One in a rare, Art Deco series of ads for the Pullman Railway Company, whose fancy carriages and fine service had become virtually synonymous with luxury travel. As opposed to highlighting their luxurious accommodations, Pullman created a series of posters focusing on the glamorous nature of the women who traveled with Pullman and the destinations that could be reached. Among the tag lines used in the different posters were "Vacation Lands are Calling" and "Travel at Reduced Rates to Your Favorite Summer Resort."
