Silver print microphotographs from glass plate negatives, the images measuring 4x3 inches (10.2x7.6 cm.), each with Bentley's signature, in ink, and a notation "ARP" or "MBN," in pencil; one also with his additional notation "A Blizzard," in pencil, and the date Feb 26, 1886, in ink, on verso. 1885-1931
This selection of photographs was apparently compiled by a woman who lived in Jericho, Vermont and knew Bentley. She was gifted these photographs and then, by descent, to the present owner.
