Photo mounted on publisher's card with printed information on recto, the subject standing with her left elbow on a large wicker armchair, dressed in an elaborate silk dress with a train and embroidered front panel, somewhat faded, mounted toned, 6 1/2 x 4 1/4 in.

Williams, who went by several stage names, including Princess Wee Wee, was a talented singer, dancer and little person who found her audience as a circus performer and on the Black vaudeville circuit. She is said to have been seventeen inches tall and weighed only twelve pounds. Her promoters billed her as "The World's Smallest Perfect Woman."
