      DOROTHY WAUGH (1896-1996) HIS HUNTING GROUND OF YESTERDAY / NATIONAL PARKS. 1935.
      39 1/2x27 inches, 100 1/4x68 1/2 cm. Burland Printing Co., Inc., New York.
      Condition A-: repaired tears and restoration in margins and image; repaired pin holes in corners.
      Dorothy Waugh studied design at the Chicago Institute of Art, then moved to New York where she managed Alfred A. Knopf's children's book department. During the 1930s, she worked for the National Park Service as production supervisor, as well as provided them with actual artwork and copy. Voyage p. 63, Posters for the People p. 83.
