Frontispiece and 39 hand-colored engraved plates on wove paper, many watermarked "1799". 4to, 11 1/2x9 inches, contemporary straight grained green morocco, gilt and blind roll-tooled borders, spine gilt with calf lettering pieces, extremities rubbed, new endpapers; generally clean with occasional spotting or browning, heaviest on title-page, contemporary ownership inscription on title.
