General and NT titles within woodcut historiated border showing the Tribes of Israel, the Evangelists, and the Apostles; woodcut illustrations and maps in text. [4], 190; [1], 181 [i. e., 196]; 121, [11] leaves, including initial leaf, blank except for signature A on recto. 4to, 211x151 mm, early 19th-century calf, rebacked retaining original backstrip, front joint cracked at top, cover corners worn through; contents soiled, sometimes heavily, scattered marginalia and ink stains, small hole through a few words in 2B3, sidenotes shaved on 2C5 and 2I5-6, 17th-century inscriptions on verso of NT title showing through on recto, lower outer corner of 3A3 torn and repaired slightly affecting sidenote, 3B3 torn in outer margin with text loss.
