[4], 187, [1]; [4], 195, [1] (of [5]) pages, with N6 in Third Booke in facsimile, and S1-2 in Fourth Booke supplied from a shorter copy and crudely remargined to size; lacks S3 (end of table of contents) and blank S4. 2 parts in one volume. Folio, 277x177 mm, 17th-century sheep, rebacked, corners restored, hinges reinforced; occasional soiling and marginal dampstaining or toning, restoration in blank margins of title and N1 in Third Booke, clean tear in upper outer corner of G2 and small piece torn from blank margins of B4, I5, and P5 in Fourth Booke.
