Eine Neue Art von Strahlen. 10 pages. 8vo, 230x150 mm, original dull yellow wrappers, fragile, with vertical crease through covers and contents, light marginal soiling on covers, few small chips along top and bottom edges, small stain at top of rear cover; contents clean; unopened.       first separate printing of the first of Röntgen's 3 papers announcing his discovery of x-rays, for which he received the first Nobel Prize in physics in 1901. The paper also appeared in the Sitzungs-Berichte der Physikalisch-medicinischen Gesellschaft zu Würzburg, but gained more rapid and extensive exposure in offprint form.
