Silver prints, each approximately 2 3/4x4 inches (7x10.2 cm.), sheet size 10 1/4x11 1/2 inches (26x29.2 cm.), mounted recto/verso, each with a stamped number and the offender's name and a caption (including the crime), in ink; a few with an additional mugshot mounted over the original.
