The Belgian avant-garde magazine "Het Overzicht" (Overview) formed the Belgian counterpart to Haerwarth Walden's "The Tempest" and published articles and images by important European Constructivists. This image was printed in issue 22-23-24 though this is a separately printed proof on tissue.
