Juan-Les Pins is on the southern side of the Cap d'Antibes peninsula. It came of age in the mid 1920s when Edouard Baudoin bought and renovated the old Casino there and strove to turn the town into a summer destination. This extremely scarce variation of lot 46 was printed especially for the casino. It is interesting to note the color variations from the original version. Not in Broders, Perry / Broders p. 26, Riviera 429.
