Additional Details

A racist attack on Chinese immigrants in Mexico issued by "El Comite Anti-Chino de Cardenas." It offers pseudo-scientific justifications, and argues in the second paragraph that los Estados Unidos should be emulated in their hostility to the Chinese. Among the group's demands are a ban on Chinese migration, a ban on intermarriage with Mexicans, expulsion of many Chinese who have already arrived, and the creation of special colonies for the remaining Chinese where they would live far away from the Mexican population. None traced in OCLC.
