A striking Art Deco image of the Normandie at sea, at the center of a decorative compass, circled by the liner's various destinations. One variation of this poster has text for the 1937 Universal Exposition in Paris, and more often it appears at auction without any text in the bottom panel. Auvigne did a lot of work for the French Line, also designing brochures, magazine covers and postcards. Fantastic Voyage 17 (var).
