[4], 136; 30 leaves, with gatherings E and L and leaf U2 supplied from another copy; lacks leaves B3-4. 4to, 189x131 mm, late 17th-/early 18th-century panelled sheep, rebacked, hinges reinforced, rear endpapers renewed; contents soiled with intermittent marginal dampstaining, dog-earing at beginning and end, outer corners of L2, S2, X2, and ²C7 restored, small holes through a few letters in D4 and X1, larger hole in X3 repaired causing image and text loss, scattered marginal repairs not affecting text, partly cropped early marginalia, last 2 leaves reinforced along edges.
