Philip John Schuyler's son Philip Jeremiah?] on terminal page attesting that the document was found among General Schuyler's papers. 1 page, tall 4to, with integral blank; folds inexpertly reinforced on verso with ruled paper, scattered faint staining, red wax seal mostly intact and touching signature.
