Includes minutes of the state legislature from 27 May to 23 June 1778. Among the many war-related items are a long report on "conciliatory Bills lately brought into Parliament by Lord North" (page 7); and a "Report of a Spy as to the Situation of the Enemy at Crown-Point" (page 20). Evans lists this as part of a 208-page publication (15889) but also lists pages 13-38 included here as a separate publication (15890).
