(PHOTOGRAPHY--CIVIL WAR.) Woman's charm bracelet featuring inset tintype portraits of 3 Union generals. 3 1-inch gutta-percha buttons with small inset tintypes, and 5 smaller similar buttons, strung together into a bracelet 3 1/2 inches across; minimal wear. Np, circa 1862-63?

      Estimate $400 - 600

The 3 generals are Nathaniel Banks, Franz Sigel, and George McClellan; we would guess this dates from fairly early in the war, but after Sigel's promotion to Major General in 1862. with--a similar portrait of General Ambrose Burnside in a similar but slightly larger button, not strung together with the others.
