      BENEDICTUS DE NURSIA, Saint. Regula. 2 full-page woodcut illustrations of Golgotha and St. Benedict with SS. Placidus and Maur. [68] leaves. Gothic type. bound with: GREGORIUS I, Pope. Dialogorum liber secundus de vita et miraculis S. Benedicti. 5 full-page woodcut illustrations, the first depicting the author on his throne, the rest showing scenes from the life of St. Benedict. [56] leaves. Gothic type. Together, 2 volumes in one. 16mo, 100x75 mm, contemporary blind-tooled sheep over wooden boards, heavily worn, missing portions of leather on spine and covers, lacking catches and clasps; marginal foxing and dampstaining in both works, wormhole through blank lower margin of opening leaves in first work, with soiling and old inscription on title page.
