Autograph Letter Signed, "Napoléon," to a Marshal of France ("My dear Marshal"), in French, reporting complaints that facilities for the wounded are insufficient at Genoa and requesting that hospital ships be set up at Toulon to provide relief. 1 page, 8vo, with integral blank, pale blue paper; some toning to left edge, folds.
