"Guys and Dolls." Together, a group of 4 set designs for the 1976 Broadway revival production of Guys and Dolls, directed by Billy Wilson at the Broadway Theatre. Mixed media; 3 on onion skin and 1 on paper. Largest is 399x552 mm; 15 3/4x21 3/4 inches (sight). Smallest is 260x552. All mounted to 20x26-inch boards. All signed "Tom John" and most dated 77 with "Guys and Dolls" inscribed in lower right image. Matted.

This third Broadway revival of "Guys and Dolls" opened with an all-black cast on July 21, 1976 and ran through February 13, 1977. The production, with music and lyrics by Frank Loesser, was nominated for 3 Tony Awards in 1977, including Most Innovative Production of a Revival.
