[6], 184; 172, [8] pages, including engraved additional title; lacks the portrait. 2 parts in one volume. Folio, 295x201 mm, 20th-century buckram; margins trimmed entering top line of letterpress title, dampstaining in margins of text leaves through most of volume, plates heavily toned, ink accession number on leaf after title, slight separation along folds in 2 places on map. Embossed stamp of the Board of Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the U. S. A. on title and last leaf. Amsterdam: Jacobus Meursius, 1668
