The earliest shows his Lockheed landing in Brooklyn on 14 July 1938, shattering the record for fastest circumnavigation of the globe. Three show his experimental "flying boat" in 1946 and 1947. 3 show the wreckage of the XF-11 which he crashed into a residential part of Beverly Hills in July 1946, and another shows a test of another Hughes-piloted XF-11 in April 1947.
