Additional Details

In an elegant room with a high ceiling, two barbers stand by their chairs to the left, while a young assistant with a whisk broom stands by a child's chair in the rear. The waiting area to the right is festooned with reading material, including a copy of the sensationalist Police Gazette draped over a chair. We can almost make out the title on the poster hanging on the far right; most likely one of our readers will be able to identify it.
