(BUSINESS.) VUITTON, LOUIS. Two items, each to William Few Chrystie, in French: Autograph Document, unsigned, an invoice * Autograph Letter Signed, "LVuitton." The invoice, listing prices for fabric, boxes, and other packaging amounting to 387.50 francs. The letter, sending the invoice and explaining that payment for all the invoiced items had not yet been received. Each 2 pages, 4to, written on the recto and verso of a single sheet, receipt on ruled "Louis Vuitton Emballeur" stationery; some chipping at edges of letter with minor loss, few small holes at fold intersections. William Few Chrystie (1823-1902) was the grandson of U.S. Constitution signer William Few (1748-1828).
