A beautifully illustrated promotional book for what is now known as Cañon City in Fremont County. Eberstadt offered a copy in 1937, announcing that "we have never seen nor heard of another copy of this work." He sold his copy to Streeter, who sold it in 1968 (Streeter sale IV:2180).
