"An interesting collection of documents relating to the rule of the Jesuits in Paraguay, the persecutions to which they were subjected, and their expulsion"--JCB III:1632. Each volume has a different listed author and subtitle, and consists of several discrete historical documents. Bernardino de Cardenas is listed as the author of the first two volumes, and is often credited as author of the whole series.
