Printed by Producer Steve Nelson for the 1970 Velvet Underground performances at Max's Kansas City, which were Lou Reed's last shows with the band.
The band played at Max's through the end of August, where on August 23rd, they were recorded by Brigid Polk, who turned the tapes into the band's first bootleg. It was the last time the band would perform with Lou Reed.
