This very scarce plan was issued in Scotland for the first volume of the Encyclopedia Perthensis. It is not recorded in any of the respected cartobibliographies of Washington plans (i.e., Baynton-Williams, Phillips, nor Verner), and ranks among the earliest derivations of the Hill map.
