A scarce publication. This issue contains a five page article by Wells. Wells was one of the leading black voices against lynching and other civil rights abuses. The magazine also includes "The Bad Negro" by Bishop Reverdy Ransom. At the end of this issue is "The Program of the Original Rights Society." The Society was analogous to the present American Civil Liberties Union.
