In the early 1920s young Jean Carlu was approached to design a maquette, and then Bergougnan worked with Affiches Gaillard, the printer, whose in-house designer, Favre, created at least one poster for them. Although this work is unsigned, it is a clear and efficient advertisement for truck tires in which a huge photographic rendering of a tire fills most of the image with a stylized truck at the bottom, putting the product into context.
