Hand-drawn color artwork of the Bloom County characters Opus the Penguin, Bill the Cat, and Milquetoast the Cockroach. The art was created to accompany a feature story written by Breathed in the December 7, 1991 issue of TV Guide promoting the premiere of the first Bloom County animated special, "A Wish for Wings that Work," based on the book of the same name that was written and illustrated by Breathed.
