While the usual cosmopolitan areas and resorts are well-represented, the guide will also direct you to a toilet in a hotel basement in Pocatello, Idaho; a bar outside of Port-au-Prince, Haiti accessible only by taxi; or a Denny's franchise in Guadalajara.
