"Well I am here in the deep and hot South and I now have about all I can stand of it. I leave tomorrow morning for Atlanta[;] I will be there for two days then for Ft. Riley Kansas there not over three days then home at Menlo Park, Calif., so I should arrive there 9th or 10th of June. . . .
