Berland, and Christopher Clark Geest, with bookplates; annotations inside back board indicating cataloguing by Quaritch and a 1960s purchase from Seven Gables; aeg., contents washed, a few paper repairs; card from a 1975 Grolier Club exhibition (where this copy was displayed) loosely inserted; some bottom lines shaved, P8 formerly torn in half now neatly mended; 5 3/4 x 3 1/2 in.
