Jayne Rogers, nee Wayne Rogers, began her muscial career as Wayne County, composing and singing punk, glam rock, blues and more. Wayne County and the Electric Chairs were part of punk's first wave in the 1970s, and in addition to their popular song, "Fuck Off," the band was also supported by the Police during a 1977 tour of Holland. Rogers changed her name to Jayne County in 1979 and publically identified herself as a woman, becoming rock's first openly transgender singer. The amendment to her name on this poster is an indication of how recently after her transition this show was.
