Inscribed by two others beside Ellington, one wrote "I loved this night and I dot now beacuase I am sorry a connot remember ok? Marta." Another is signed "Dorothy and Duke." To the left of this is a large "doodle," with "Oh Duke!" in a little circle. Obviously a good time was had by all.
