The number "4" is written in the upper right-hand corner, and shows a large drawing of a nitrogen rinsing valve with supply lines. Notes next to the drawing read in part: "Bellows force not large, to avoid chamber pressure from passing into N(itrogen) line." Also, the "Liquid N supply line" is labeled with the comment of: "Use this, light construction."
An extensive paragraph below the drawing reads in part: "This valve is need(ed) for rinsing the thrust chamber and another, possibly smaller, for rinsing (another chamber). If similar valves are used for rinsing the gasoline valves, they should be supplied by ... gaseous N(itrogen), preferably from another N tank, or from the same tank if completely tight ck (check) valves can be used, so that there is no significant loss of gas."
