Octavo format manuscript on laid paper in Czech, written in brown ink; borders ruled in red, lacking all leaves before page twenty-five, consistent hand, numbering, and embellishments through page 141, with approximately forty-five pages of added prayers appended; text includes prayers, litany and various dedications to saints, including Agnes, John Nepomucene and Ambrose, with rubrics in red; decorated with two full-page hand-colored illustrations, one depicting the penitent Mary Magdalene, the other a decorated IHS monogram surrounded by a wreath of flowers, other colorful embellishments; bound in modern half leather with gray paper-covered boards; opening leaf repaired along lower right margin, contents lightly soiled, moderate stains, with ink fading in some areas, 6 3/8 x 4 in.
