A classic Cappiello image of a charming young lady posing with a bottle in one hand and a glass in the other. Not so traditional is the drink being promoted, a rose-colored crème de menthe. Cappiello takes this idea and infuses the entire image with reds and pinks. The brand name of the liqueur is splayed across the poster in bold blue, making it extremely readable, which was always one of the artist's primary concerns. Rennert / Cappiello 24.
