Advertising Mampes Liköre, Bernhard follows the Sachs-Plakat principle of displaying only the product and brand name, against a neutral background, without any setting or distracting visual devices. However, unlike in his other classic Object Posters, here there are so many variations of the product that Bernhard has created a still-life arrangement, clustering the bottles together to showcase the different liquors. The text, in elaborate gothic or blackletter font, is longer than in many of Bernhard's other posters, as it not only promotes the products but also the company store where you could sample and purchase the products.
