From the collection of drag performer and designer Lee Raymond. Includes: Original ditto carbon master copy of a flier for Raymond's business: "You name him, we'll make him. Custom clothes for any occasion . . . R.V.H. Ltd., female outfits also from the chic to the camp." Raymond's flier from his successful campaign to be elected Empress XI of the Imperial Court System, under the name "Flame" Program for the Society for Individual Rights annual meeting, February 1974 Flier for "a gay affair at the Royal Palace . . . naming Lee Raymond as the new Grand Duchess II of the San Francisco Bay Area," 31 March 1975 35 other fliers and programs for drag events, most featuring Raymond as MC or performer 8 press releases, mostly for the 1975 Gay Liberation Days A 1975 issue of the magazine B.A.R. featuring the Gay Freedom Day Parade plus duplicates of many of the above, for a total of about 100 items. Some relate to activist groups such as the Society for Individual Rights and the Old Folks Defense League.
